Let me to introduce you bureau of legal and business consulting “Volga Lex consulting”, situated in the town of Ulyanovsk, in the center of the Povolzhie region of Russian Federation.

Our bureau was created 5 years ago by the group of like-minded people with rich experience of professional activity in the various areas, experience of administrative, managing activity, including expanding connections with various institutions and authorities.

At the present time we have a positive experience of work in the courts and arbitrages of the Povolzhie region, first of all 11 Appellation court in Samara and Federal court of Povolzhie region in Kazan, Supreme Arbitrage Court of Russian Federation.

I can give an example of our effective work: in the last 6 months we won 24 cases of 28, which we have in our execution and other 4 were finished only in the first local judicial level.

We have an experience of work in the sphere of international transactions and contracts- we represented interests of Russian companies at the negotiations with companies from the Netherlands, Finland, Italy and Spain, represented interests of French Investment Company which had interests on the Russian market.

Our bureau is an official partner of the regional chamber of commerce, Commercial department of the Spanish embassy in Russian Federation included us to the list of contacts for Spanish companies, working in Russia.

Personally, I am a member of the “L’Union des avocats Europeens”.

We speak English, Spanish, basic French and Italian.
